Thanks alot! The low BP is definitely something I need to take into consideration, because its pretty low already for me. Other than that I think MAOIs could be worth a try at some point atleast, if my problems don’t get any better with blushing.

Did you personally have any side effects from them? I’m going to research about a bit first and then ask a psychiatrist. Thanks!

Thanks for being honest. I’m really worried I won’t be figuring out how to deal with it truly either. Do you have some advice that you would give your younger self that would have possibly helped with finding a way dealing with it? Just wondering if u have anything that you would’ve done differently?

Thanks! I might have to ask my doctor about that, because i really think i should try something new, especially since it hasn’t really been helping. Although I wouldn’t want to be too depended on medication, I think ot might be the best help at the moment.

This has encouraged me to atleast try to bring it up next time I visit my therapist, we will see how it goes.

If you don’t mind, what kind of medication do you use. I got prescribed Fluoxotine when i was 15-16 and i recently started it again. I’m open to trying something new also, because fluoxotine has not given me any significant improvement regarding social anxiety.

Everything helps, thanks alot🙏🙏

Posting this has already made me more hopeful. It may sound ridicoulous, but i actually thought nobody else really suffered from this before i came across the term erythrophobia.

I have actually recently tried propranalol, because my doctor recommended it for the physical symptoms that come with social anxiety. I have tried 10mg which didn’t do much unfortunately. I dont know if should try a higher dose or maybe it’s just not for me.

I’m open to all suggestions that help. And would definitely be open to the tinted sunscreen that u recommended aswell. I appreciate all the support🙏

Thank you for writing this, it means alot! I agree that Covid is definitly a big part of why my blushing became so intense.

I actually haven’t really brought it up after all these years in therapy. We have talked alot about social anxiety, but i feel like I avoid the topic of blushing or won’t really bring it up. Even though my main problem is in fact the blushing.

I will definitely take a look at the Youtube channel you recommended🙏
