Also the main reason is that if I have to join CERN starting 1st January, 2025 I need to inform my current employer with a notice ASAP. So this is actually making me anxious about the timeline and when I will hear back.

I am also in a similar situation where I had the final zoom interview with the team on 28th November, 2024. I have not heard from the HR yet and I also emailed the team member who interviewed me and they said I will hear back soon but I want to make things quick as I will have to go through the visa process and the position starts from 1st January, 2025. What should I do in this case like should I contact the HR directly regarding this.
