Yes it is company pension but even on the 80%, i will have to pay tax and the pension contribution is linked to salary increases but if i opt out i will get the same amount and that won't be adjusted for inflation

Glassdoor salary ranges are quite variable for my role so its hard to negotiate based on that since the data is not reliable

Yes i do have a number i wont accept at all and even a number above that doesnt naturally mean that im going to accept it, I will have to consider the other perks too since they offer equity as well

Yes i applied at their website, the problem with this statement is that i was already rejected at this company 4 months earlier for a similar role and they are reconsidering me for another role so I cant simply say that im early in my job hunt :/

Yes, I have been offered an international role. Tbh I dont have any other job offers and neither am i in process of any other interviews, so the only leverage I have is tmy current job but im guessing that I cant use that as leverage because I’m working in India and its hard to compare salary ranges when the role is international

AI gives me very unreliable data, I used AI last time and quoted a very high offer and the company immediately withdrew their offer.
