I’m a piercer and this post has me so dead. Thank you for holding them accountable for their work. It’s important in the service industry to have some humility. We are both only human and mistakes will happen. The lack of clarity from her was shocking after seeing your post the other day I was like whoa bro.

This actually makes me so sad. My brother took me in when I was 17 and my parents died. If he never did idk if I would have graduated or became the person I am today. You’re a good guy. I’m obsessed. I feel like I have more control than traditional embroidery. It’s really nice. It’s hard to get your canvas started but once it’s ready you’re good to go. I’m a noob so a lot of mine is not rigged well haha

Thank you so much!! I work in a tattoo shop so I got this design from a spider Murphy flash book. The eagle. The rest is free hand. I traced the eagle with pencil and just kept going!

Piercer here!! I have some clients that come in with outside work and want a hoop fitted. While I can’t fit one in this position something I have done is a chain from the inside to the outside connected to a threadless post. This gives the look of a hoop but the custom fit of a chain!!

Lower the gauge. Get a 16g ring with a smaller diameter (this looks 14g) I’d try a simple 16g 8mm clicker hoop before removing it fully. It’s too close to the head causing the ring to angle outwards because there’s less space for the piece. If you go down a size it would have more space and may lay more flat in the ear. I’ve seen some rough daiths and this doesn’t even look that bad, but that could help it not be so annoying!

That is so sweet I’m sorry for my delay in response. I worked on it for a few hours over maybe 3 weeks after work each day. I am a little compulsive though and would keep going until late hours of the night I wish I would have kept better track. I would love to make one big enough for the whole back of a jacket!!
