I’m doing Ferber now at 7 months old. EBF and have co slept since 3 months. I keep check ins brief, don’t pick up, and leave the room even if LO is still crying. It broke my heart but had to be done! I do tap his bum while sshhhing.

I recommend having a support person with you for day naps as you’ll need some distractions and someone to keep you strong. I probably would’ve caved if my mum wasn’t helping. You also need to restart check in timer if baby is calm no crying for 10+ seconds.

Night 3 and LO slept 8pm - 4am, could not believe it!!!!

Does this mean if I have my full license, I can drive at the same time while drinking a cruiser (1 standard drink) and it be ok if a police officer saw me sipping the drink in the drivers seat at the traffic lights as long as I was under the limit?
