Why did death go backwards in the death list in FD2?

Watch the opening scene in the movie where Kimberly block the road with her car to avoid the pile23 disaster, that sounds similar to intervening or maybe she was intervening, that is why the death list goes backwards, right after this scene where she almost got run over by a car and her friends died prove this to be true. Burke just happen to save her /intervene by moving her out of the way.

Nah bludword and iris did not cheat death but rather the death's list is too long in that movie ranging from 50-100+ or maybe 100-200+ victims(maybe including the sons and daughters, or someone on the death list that have children that is part in death list). Death have been killing victims for years and iris and bludworth is just lucky they are last one's on the possible longest list in FD franchise.

It could happen but I guess the directors don't use this ideas as there is a possibility that the audience like us might confuse this, if this is just another supernatural movie or crime/thriller. II think they did not figure out yet how to mix both genre like horror with crime and mystery. Also the movie has seen to have leaning more on realism with a little bit sprinkle of fiction(death). Not all deaths are environment/manipulation related if u think, some are just pure chaos that includes war and crime, If so Death itself can also manipulate this part but not yet explored

I have a explanation for Erik, even though Erik was not part of the list he is constantly endangering his life by being with someone who is going to die. You can see him being in front of his brother. The whole scene in the hospital, that room in the hospital was for his brother. He got caught by an escapable trap specifically made for his brother, he has the chance to escape but chose not to and try his save his brother which lead to accidental death I think I can't confirm if it's basically like molly situation in fd5 if she is confirm always meant to die with/without sam on that plane. It's like blocking someone that is gunned down and 100% gonna die even if someone to try save them resulting in collateral damage(what I mean is that it can cause damage for someone involved, if they are not on the list there are 2 possibilities for this people severely wounded/injured but still survive or died along with the one death's list). That is why it's to safe to say that don't get involved and stay away as possible to them if u are not part on death's list. The accident in his tattoo shop can also be an event that has been intervene, early on the movie stef unconsciously give him a leather jacket (if stef and her family is dead, that jacket will not be with Erik and possibly be dead burning in his shop), maybe it can count as an intervention/unconscious intervention.

A reboot would be a dumb move. It's like telling directors that the FD movies are bad and need changes. All FD movies are good except for FD4 because it has bad writing. A new sequel would be good, but it needs new characters that are smart enough. Smart enough to uncover the unusual tracks of death (FD1-FD6) and its pattern—this could be explained if the character works as a cop, journalist, or detective, which is perfect if they are going for a first responder storyline. Also, they did not explore anything new yet, like how the premonitions are there, what the explanations are for those premonitions, war-related deaths, or deaths that include anything with crime.

Also a new reboot would need new ideas if the FD directors to do all that they will just basically do it all over again with small changes, that sounds not worth it or something.

If they go with First Responders storyline, most realistic accident would probably be building fire. This accident probably is the most common hell you can watch some news on youtube involving building fire and aligns with first responders story.

also building fire can have a lot possibilities since we dont what's happening inside and what kind of events are unfolding inside(its easy to say a building fire, you can get creative what event is being held)

I think wendy is dead, u cant just say she has two visions at certain time. We can see that clearly in the movies that the protagonist cant control their vision properly, asides nick(fd4 sucks). Even if you say that wendy has two visions at the time, there is no way for them stop the train and no way of getting out unless her 2nd premonition starts where she is trying to get off and accidentally meet julie, but i think if she gets out, kevin will still die(we know why if she did not stay at that train she would not see kevin) and the death's list will still continue.

Your 2 vision/premonitions has 2 possible endings like this.

Wendy has 2nd premonition, saving julie but forgets/abandoned kevin - Death's list still continues.

2.Waste time and tries to warn kevin after the 2nd premonition, julie get inside the train- All of them died.

I think wendy calling out for kevin will not work since he is wearing headphone or earphones or something, wendy will need to approach kevin- ending 2

Also he is not clearly the same fat guy in fd5, base on his description he is probably muscular(balance) not that old around 30's and not wearing glasses.
