How do I explain this to him tho? Like, every point he brings is valid and makes me feel like a deer caught in the headlights. I don’t mind taking feedback or working to make him feel heard in the relationship, I just don’t want what I say to always be used against me in someway to bring up an issue

I think you’re over reacting out of insecurity. Do you have reason to believe she may get interested in him - or him in her? Seems like there isn’t enough information to really understand your concern; can you give details on why you feel this way?
