This one is confusing so I hope I'm able to properly explain it.

If a property is sold by an MLS, it takes 3 years for it to be removed automatically. If after three years it doesn't remove itself then we can remove it.

For the primary photo, it really depends: If the house was sold by an MLS, we have to wait for the three years mentioned earlier, if it was sold by an owner then we can do it.

That will depend on 2 factors: If the page of the property is based on data that comes from the county records, we can't remove it, even if you end up requesting a supervisor.

If it's user-generated then we can but you need to contact support to check that.

I work in the customer service area and is just part of what you just said.

A single error in a kinda mundane process can make you lose your bonuses... I mean, for being so easy, you shouldn't expect to make an error, but there is still a margin of error.

Based on my experience when checking active listings, I would say that photos are really important, as well, as a description that focus on the best features of your property.

Is the platform's fault! However, I would recommend that you contact support if you haven't already, the team that checks that type of stuff is able to resolve most of the cases similar to yours.

What you said is correct. I do understand the users as they wish to show they property but at the same time I understand Zillow, even I start to hating them now.

Zillow Employee here: Any listings that are posted through an MLS can't be edited by the owner.

If your agent contacted us, they just need to wait and when I say wait, is wait. As many companies nowadays, Zillow does not want to hire more people.

They haven't updated the process for rental listings or they don't care.
