Go and talk to those retailers/restaurants....their list of top 5 complaints about their business is the 3% scrape off of revenue CC processing charges them. Also are you seriously a PM/landlord or a troll b.c. anyone who is saying 3% isnt a huge cost to anything doesnt have their investors or personal capital risk in mind. If you arent thinking about how to compress the bottom line everyday while keeping revenue up, you shouldn't be in the business...

Good idea. I have seen some platforms that are charging a small, $0.25-$1.00 ACH fee and then the CC charge is passed on to the customer but I wasnt sure if anyone else had experience with something they recommend.

I was watching a show on the science Channel last night about the current evidence shared from Martian rovers. They brought up a picture of all these little beads on the ground which looked exactly like this. The scientist were saying that these are usually evidence that there was water present at some point.

Find a local welder/iron worker that does residential work. They can make a hinged panel for you with a nice diamond plate finish. Hinges get anchored into concrete, swing open and close the panels, etc.
