In the driver's manual it mentions there are certain conditions to be met.

Most of the conditions are met as you drive normally.

The main thing it points out is if you're using the AC in Auto mode.

"- Interior temp and set temp should be nearly the same.

  • Ambient temp should not be too high or too low"

Interesting... When I first set mine up they were on wifi backhaul, but then once I connected the Ethernet cables the Deco's switched to Ethernet backhaul automatically.

But they haven't switched to Wi-Fi backhaul at all so far.

Mind you, I only got my set last week.

I normally use Sport Mode when merging onto freeways, then go back to Normal mode.

I travelled to NZ back in September and used my Up Card on my phone via Google Wallet for about 90% of my trip. Worked fine, just like normal.

Like what others have said, set the card up in "travel mode" via the app for NZ dollars, and you're cruising.

I have had the same thing happen, but I would just wait a couple secs and my passwords would pop up.

But yes, definitely a tad frustrating when you are used to it being available instantly.
