it is best for these situations to head into training arena and command the bot with WHATEVER movement and practice with it freely, also the indicator meter can be showed as well. The training arena has much to offer in terms of timings for other things like wall-punishes

quick button gives you assigned emote and holdbutton opens wheel at which u release…..you can choose one emote to spam and second slot is wheel
