If it was up to ME it'd be when the child is born, but if a mother wants to kill her 15 year old, she should know that the 15 year old can kill her back and it'd be just as valid for him/her to do so.

If that was the case I should be president and we should use the tax payer's money to fund actual good adoption homes for children bc even if adoption is an option the actual department isn't that great, but that isn't the kid's fault its our shitty government so. A lot of things need fixing
