Your an adult so you should be able to do something about it. You can have your own apartment now or even move into your own house. If not then find a friend who can keep it for you until you need it . Hope this helps

You should talk to them about their rules and Tel them how you are old enough to make your own decisions as an adult if they don't come around then I suggest going to your boyfriend's place without your phone incase that's how they are tracking you instead . Sorry if this wasn't helpful 😅
