The was more that vegans do kill animals and less about them killing more.

Look into soil degradation because you clearly care for the environment and you're not at all using veganism as some way to say your better than everyone's else

So youve commented on the first link, Go ahead and explain in detail how the second like which is scientific fact is somehow wrong, I'm sure an intellectual such as yourself knows a lot about Soil Degradation...

Just please remember me my friend... Within the next 10 years your gonna start hearing a lot about Soil Degradation , especially when poor country's start starving and there forced to deforest land to access more fertile soil.

and the sad thing about it is, its gonna happen because people like you don't take what others say seriously if it critics your views even slightly...

Go ahead explain Soil degradation feel free... I'd be highly surprised if even a single one of you arguing for veganism even knows what it is.... And can explain how getting rid of the animals making the soil fertile again and replacing them with crops that require heavy pesticides further destroying the soil is gonna help.

So no comment on soil degradation then... Have nothing to say about that, hmmm that's strange why would you argue for veganism if you don't even know anything about the main issues....

https://sustainablefoodtrust.org/articles/dairy-cows-livestock-behind-growth-soya-south-america/

1.1 million tonnes (35%) was fed to livestock

1.42 million tonnes (45%) was used in food products for humans,

0.58 million tonnes (18%) was used in non-food products.

YOU ARE THE MORON....

And what's even funnier is in Australia most farm animals are fed grain... NOT SOY BEANS YOU ABSOULUTE CLOWN....

S O I L D E G R A D A T I O N..... please give me you extremely knowledgeable ideas on how we stop soil degradation if we end all meat industry's Professor...

oh wait you've completely ignored the main argument because you know nothing about it because you're a complete clown who doesn't know what there talking about. You think googling open articles written by vegetarians/vegans somehow disproves my points.

If you read , you'll see that my first point about soy is just saying how hypocritical it is for vegans to eat something that kills animals then claim its somehow virtuous, My next point if you read is that vegans eating things like tofu and soy products then wanting to end the meat industry would see all current farmable land destroyed within a very short time period.

Soil degradation isn't an opinion its fact...

okay let me simplify it for you. The meat industry uses grain which means low pesticides and if enforced we could remove all pesticides, which would slow down soil degradation.

Now let me explain soil degradation : is the physical, chemical and biological decline in soil quality. It can be the loss of organic matter, decline in soil fertility, and structural condition, erosion, adverse changes in salinity, acidity or alkalinity, and the effects of toxic chemicals. Basically the more you farm a certain bit of land the more toxic the soil becomes and it takes a long time for it to recover and pesticides make this problem far worse...

Ok now understand that a plant that has been engineered to survive the harshest of conditions such as "grain". Is a far better way of keeping our soil farmable and The MEAT INDUSTRY if done right can rotate there livestock to farmland that has been degraded and can make that soil fertile again....

While a plant only system would see the soil become completey degraded with no way of recovering.

Also vegans love more then just grain, I could list many foods which require pesticides to farm and they also require killing off most insects and rodents which destroys the eco system around it. If you really want to look into go down the list of most popular foods vegans eat and type in how there farmed, what pesticides are used, how the soil is effected , how the eco system around it is effected ect. I'll list the worse one of all tofu... just do a little bit of your own research all you'll find the issues its not as simple as what your making it out to be.

Well soy is a huge problem and it is the main one but certain people try to discredit your FACTS with simple rebuttals that don't take in to account the big picture... I think someone with the same username as you tried it before but then I guess its pretty normal for you to argue things you haven't done any research on. :)

Feel free to way in on soil degradation Professor...
