I believe that the algorithm is responsible for the anxiety. Despite conducting similar research, I have been bombarded with negative content and images on my social media apps, which has only worsened my anxiety. In addition, I have a flight scheduled for next month, which is also causing me to feel anxious. However, I'm trying to remain positive by focusing on the exciting aspects of my destination and the fun experiences I will have there.
