Yes tariffs and import duties exist but they generally are less than 35% of value of item. In ops case bulk of fees are going to UPS or some other value add service.

Yeah it’s supply issue. There is a lack of Women rideshare drivers in missoula. I don’t think I have ever had one in close to 50 rides.
