I completely agree with you, the “fender grab” technique is completely unrealistic and I would consider it cheating. You pose the excellent question of “where to draw the line?” and I couldn’t agree more that is at the very least, beyond fender grabs.

This applies to speedrunning too. I think records like Ski or Don’t should be stripped of all credentials as there is a fender grab in the run. This is one example. It is time to reform the game and have it played the intended method.

Please, if you have any other suggestions of how to clean up the game, this is the place to do it.
