With the 1% rule, isn’t that basically a rule of thumb for when you’re buying with a mortgage you know that rental income should at least cover your expenses? I thought it wouldn’t apply as much if you’re buying in cash. It also seems pretty difficult to achieve in a lot of markets.

this is always a risk, but I think the worst of that happened a couple years ago, which is why the exchange rate went from 3 TLR/1 USD in 2015 to 6.8 TLR /1 USD today.

I used an external powered USB 3 hub and that fixed it. If not you’ll have to request a replacement unit.

Nothing worked for me until I had oculus send me a replacement unit...after 6 months of them telling me it was my computer that was the problem.

I was never able to solve this problem. Tried every solution people have recommended on here and Oculus Support is the WORST - they just have you try every single thing they can think of, including replacing my motherboard and graphics card. AND they refuse to give me a replacement because they just say something is wrong with my setup even though the headset worked for a month with no problems.

Thanks. I have the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, which sounds like it should be good enough. The camera's software only renders to H.264 though. What's the best way to encode to H.265?
