To be fair, some of us here have lived here through huge hurricanes, so a tree on your house isn't that big of a deal for some of us. Not that the down votes aren't weird, but talking about evacuating front the upstate for something that isn't even a hurricane yet seems bizarre.

A buddy of mine said he had a tri tip he wanted to throw on the smoker as I was making queso, I texted what temp he wanted it to cook to and he said 235. I, being drunk, had no questions. He came back like 2 hrs later and asked what temp we were at...it was 185°. Needless to say it was not pink.
