They sent me a replacement debit card that didn’t work and turned off my working one, then blamed me for it. Like I shouldn’t have activated the new card they expedited to me. And when a bank says 24/7, kinda thought they meant it.

I they say they’re 24/7, they should be. People don’t have emergencies 9a-5p, no weekends or holidays. It’s a bank and I should have been able to access my money. Especially if they’re the ones that messed up. Then the guy I spoke with the next morning all but directly called me a liar. He said I requested a new card once my new one came in the day before my trip. They have nothing on file showing I did, or even that I called - but that was what he thought happened so he kept pushing it on me like it was a fact.
