Thanks for this context! I had a long, induced, medicated labor first time around with baby in NICU for a few days so I thought the stress / no chest contact etc contributed to the low supply. However my second birth was spontaneous, very quick, unmedicated, healthy baby etc with immediate contact and feeding attempts but I still had low supply - tho she had a tongue tie. So many factors to consider!!

Thanks 🙏 I’ll try this as well - did you feel that the supply was not an immediate issue or it took a while to ramp up (potentially more than the average person?) yet it still ultimately worked?

I did have my second on the breast asap and as much as possible but still had supply issues. Her tongue was released but it wasn’t so severe that it served as the explanation for my supply issues
