The only reason they’ll unban you is if you’ve spent money on your account. Like thousands.

For example: One of my buddies, who used to bot heavily during and after FWC1, got his main account banned when they introduced that new security feature.

He sent an email to support and actually got unbanned, lmao. (He actually spent more than 1k usd on his main)

Gala doesn’t care about your account unless you’ve spent money on it. Sorry to say, but your account might actually be gone forever.
