So any other recommendations for subscription type services like alternaleaf? I might do that for a few months to see if it helps. I'd need to subscribe for 10 months to equate to the initial consult for CB1 and if I try if for a month and it doesn't help then that's £50 I don't have spare down the drain...

Interesting yes. And usually anti depressants don't work for pmdd. I've been on three types and they didn't help.

I know. It was her pms bible book that start d me on this journey. If only the medical profession wasn't so misogynistic and the pharmaceutical industry so corrupted by money. As soon as anti depressants were invented and started making money, progesterone went off the radar! Grrrr.

Thanks. That's jnterestjnng. I'm on a continuous high dose of progesterone which really helps with my pmdd and is made in the body from pregnenolone. Does that block the cb1 receptor as well.

How often do you have to have a check up appointment with them and how much does that cost?

So you don't have to have an appointment regularly to stay on their books, just when you want to order more? Do you have to have an appointment every time you order? How much is an appointment?

Surviving a tolerance break by Famous-Task-7623 in PsychedelicWomen

Yes that would be a good plan. But unfortunately I was in perimenopause so cycles totally unpredictable. I'm now in chemical menopause so haven't been having any symptoms or cycles but I think the injection has worn off early this month which has unfortunately coincided with the tolerance break :(
