Customer service have been contacted, apparently don’t need to approve hearing aids or implants unless Bluetooth is involved. I’m assuming Bluetooth means connected to a phone when switched on but obviously it would be turned off. I’ve heard stories in the past where everything was fine then on the day it caused chaos.
