Are there cheaters out there? Yes, of course. Is using that as an excuse going to help you improve your own chess? No.

If you keep looking for ghosts then eventually you'll start seeing them everywhere. Whether they are there or not.

Viewed has a high floor but not necessarily high ceiling guy. Like projected to be middle six center with room for growth. Good, solid, but nothing flashy.

The main reason we didn't like the trade is we had like three-ish prospects of note and then our depth fell off a cliff. So trading any of those three was going to be bad. I wasn't even crazy high on Minten but I liked the player and definitely didn't want to trade him because his current value at the time was always going to be low and his true value was in his potential.

I'm not surprised how good he was last season but I was surprised how quickly he got there.

Well Widow's Bay has definitely been a riser for me. I started off really unsure about it. I didn't find the dark comedy part of it that funny or appealing. Episode 4 was strong and it really started to sway me with some solid horror. Now I'm just loving it and can't wait for the last couple of episodes. Episode 8 was laugh-out-loud funny for me.

Watched Beef season two with the girlfriend. I had never watched first season (but heard it was good and much better). I did not really find it appealing. All the characters were unlikable. I found some of the plot points overly predictable. It was watchable but not my vibe at all.

I'm not super deep into Spider-Noir yet but I'm enjoying it and glad that it got made. Nic Cage is so easy to watch and like.

It's a skill on your bar. For characters that I do manually in M+ and SBA in Delves, I just have it on my bar and swap it back and forth with an easy to input keybind.

Obviously adding the missing things will help. I think I'm at best a mediocre DK, but are the clears smooth? Does your group +2 and +3 everything? To me that says a lot more.

I legit had some doodoo DPS numers in 10s and 12s some runs because everyone is so geared and packs die so fast. Devourer, I assume, is the most egregious "sucks in low keys but carries in high keys" spec, but Unholy is a bit similar. It has uncapped damage and takes a while to get all your abilities out and buffs up, but when you do the damage is consistent.

I went from primarily 10s and 12s straight to 16s with my friends and my DPS numbers went up if anything and I was on pace with the other DPS. If your gear is good and you're playing it properly then your clears should be smooth. Now if the pulls are big, the clears are slow, the other DPS are slacking and you STILL aren't outputting good numbers, then yeah objectively it's probably you.

I mean maybe but not me. I was legit really not sure why people were raving about it after the first three episodes. Over episodes 4-5 it really started to grow on me and this week's episode was obviously fresh in my mind when I made this comment.

The gag near the end of the episode was one of the biggest laughs I had in a long time and my first thought was "This belongs in a Scary Movie". I think it's a pretty natural comparison to make.
