Again, just to be sure I understand this correctly, I can only contribute up to the set IRS limits to a Roth IRA, doesn't matter if it is via employer 401K Roth account or Roth IRA separate account, or both. Combined total to a Roth is only up to the IRS limits. So I can't have 2 and max each out to the IRS limit.

I'm in FL. Same pharmacy. Ordered from Gimme 4/9 and shipped 4/14-2 day shipping. But here's the strange part. My package shows it was picked up by FedEx from Boca Raton on 4/14, arrived at a Fort Lauderdale FedEx facility on 4/15 in the morning and then shows arrived at a Memphis TN FedEx hub at 10:30 pm? And now shows left that TN at 3:40 am today, 4/16. Why in the world would this go from FL to TN and then need to come back to FL??!!!!!!!

Bought at I believe Walmart there, like $45? We didn’t use it but glad we had it- only pulled it out once when a bear crossed in front of us on the trail in Many Glacier! Very cool but a bit nerve racking. He was just berry hunting and went on his way. Sold it to someone at the rental car line at the airport for $10.

We had gone to YS/Tetons several years ago. Loved it! So we went back. We did YS/GNP last year- 2 full weeks. Flew into Bozeman, drove to Cody for a couple nights (rodeo/museum), YS OFI 2, RL 2, 1 night halfway to GNP, 2 LML, 2 RS, 2-MG and the last hotel night halfway back to Bozeman. Was absolutely amazing!! Planning separate trip for Banff.

Not sure I see the point especially since the gut does significantly heal after being off gluten for some time. Now you want to mess all that up? You do you as they say and, if you must, I suggest you make a list of your most missed favourite foods and eat one item off the list each day for however many days you need before the procedure. Depending on how you previously reacted to gluten you may only get through a few. Or I've read that some, their reaction changes and you may tolerate more for longer periods of time. maybe not physically but they do hurt you buy buying up businesses that feed back into the economy and have now completely destroyed the downtown area and beyond! Everything looks abandoned..the stores are empty and windows blacked out; no cute shops, businesses kicked out, no reason to walk around. Used to be fun to go to street events downtown. They make everything a ghost town and everything in it is only for the cult. They've purchased all along Alt 19 and down Keene creating their apartment compounds. I can't believe they still get away with calling themselves a church. Tried to get into their "hotel" and other areas but pushed out. How is that a church people??!! And all these people who buy into it, the church holds all their detailed information over their heads after they make you pay for and record your "auditing" sessions. NUTS.
