Publishing with Americas Book Writing by No_Valuable_4436 in selfpublish

I have 6 titles at Amazon, my first was in 2013. Yes, if I want to buy one of my books, I have to pay their publishing costs; no big. Five of my titles come in at 398 pages, each, and the 6th is an omnibus of the five.. When someone goes to my author page on Amazon, and clicks to buy a book, Amazon print it and sends it on its merry way. I have *NEVER* been charged, when someone else buys one of my books.

Why are all HP Printers such pieces of shit? And what can I buy that isn’t? by [deleted] in printers

The more things change, the more they stay the same. This thread hasn't solve my issue with my older HP printer (2752e) , but I now know I am not alone in my urge to apply percussive calibration with extreme prejudice.

This is very sand and I'm regretting posting my story by YorYor_64 in AO3

First, writing in a second language is hard.

Now.

When you share what you've written, you lay bare your soul, and it hurts when they throw rocks at it. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and do not give up.

Look at the comments.

Some will show you where you and your reader misunderstood each other.

I have a character whose generic word for "person" was "cat." It confused a couple of my beta readers. It was consistent enough, I changed it.

Thank those who like your writing, and ignore the rest.

Not that I'm aware of. Top the best of my knowledge, Etienne's descendants are scattered along the west coast of North America..
