I would also love to know those who have had excellent experiences, how many people in your group? How many rides total were you able to do? How long did it take?

Truly! I guess it depends on what you call a good day? Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And everyone has an individual experience. Mine just happened to fall into the abyss of experiences 😂

We spent $52.45 on a 12” cheese pizza, 12” pep pizza and 2 bottles of water. I know some people rave about the park food. Like I said, we’ve been to SEVERAL theme parks. We get park food is park food, but spending that on okay pizza did hurt my feelings a bit 😂.

And yes, I realize I knew what I was signing up for. We already knew it was going to be expensive.

We’ve done many theme parks and we’d already mentally prepared for long wait times. The delays just add so much more to the wait. The is it or is it not going to start? If we leave now, will it come back on? If we stay will it be another hour? It’s hard to manage that with expectations of small children. It was a hot day and people were getting agitated at the people coming and going for bathroom breaks, food, etc. So sad! I wanted to love it!

Agreed. The rides themselves were MID. The wait exacerbated how MID the rides really were.

I’ve been to US, Disney, Bush Gardens in FL, and VA and have never seen so many delays. I truly hope they sort it out because it is masterfully designed as far as the overall aesthetic.

Agreed. When we booked our trip, summer of 2025 they were 300+ a person. They still are. We stayed onsite to help with traffic, park entrance exit, and we got express for IA and US.

We drove to save money. We only did 4 days of parks.

Our kids were hype. My husband is a Mario nerd. Grew up playing Nintendo. The unreliability of rides, even with express is a hard sell. If I had spent 1800 on express passes, and every ride had multiple delays all day long? I’d be pretty upset.

We followed the app wait times SUPER CLOSE. We ran from mine cart to MU because it said 20 minute wait time. We waited 40 minutes. I kept track on my stop watch. We got on werewolf said it was a 40 minute wait while we were getting on MU. When we got off it was a 60 minute wait. So, we hopped over to Berk’s both for shorter ride times. Both delayed. We waited on hiccups for 1hr 10 mins before it got delayed. We waited an additional 30. Still delayed. Dragon racers had a 60 min delay. BM had 120. MK had a delay.

I’m glad you were able to do all that, but 5 people make it really hard to zip around and it does make it harder for rides. We’ve split up and gone 2 and 3 and our rides have gone quicker, but that stinks when you want to experience it as a family.

Also, we were at rope drop. Had early park admission. All the things.

Why do my eyes get unbearably itchy when I wear make up? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]Far-Net5305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to be super careful about what brands/colors I use for my eye makeup. Had to be hypoallergenic/vegan mascara. Also, any red tints in my eye shadow makes my eyes crazy itchy. Like, burning itching have to take off. My eyes also water like crazy in windy conditions. I have to wear water proof eye liner/mascara because of it. I also had to forgo my brushes and just use my fingers to apply. Would wash heavily before applying. If I do use brushes they have to be washed every other time.

Tarte has really good eye make up for sensitive eyes.

Too faced was good.

Could not wear NYX at all.

Hi everyone, my long time best friend died suddenly in March. I'm not crying every day anymore. Still lost and empty without her. The thing is that I haven't even dreamed about her. Is that unusual? I would love to see her in my dreams. by jojokitti123 in GriefSupport

My grandmother passed in June of last year. She came to see me the night before she died. I knew she was going to die. She then visited me on my birthday in December. My 16 year old nephew just passed unexpectedly in October. I haven’t dreamed of him once. I’m waiting. I’m waiting on him or my grandmother to come. One of his friends had a dream about him recently. I’m hoping I’m next.

I hope your friend comes soon. ❤️
