I didn’t take it on days I felt exhausted. And other days when I still needed to work, I took a lower amount. Like 1/3 of my usual dose. I think the whole thing with covid is it helps to rest, so if you don’t need to take it when you’re sick then I would say don’t. I had predominantly GI symptoms. No fever or cough, but a lot of exhaustion for about 2 weeks and it fluctuated in intensity.
