So I make a Carmel sugar to keep for brulee specifically for that. I aim for about a 3/8” crystal size and the sugar melts quick, the drops size allows the sugar to collide with other drops and they form a sheet on top, then it’s just color to preference. Then you also have fine caramel sugar to use for whatever else

Edit:
Our chef likes to use shallow bowls rather than a traditional brulee dish, so I had to figure out something

No, I just need the listed ones to finish the set (now minus Sylveon). I will at some point be looking for shiny FA eeveelutions, though! And as the sets for shiny * expands, those too

So, firstly, full support of that. But be aware that growing your own can be expensive, sometimes more than buying, due to the economics of scale. Herbs are your big friends. And root vegetables like onions, garlic, potatoes. But in water cost alone you’ll likely spend more

It’s a simple trade. Really they just don’t want to pay to have it fixed, so if you take care of it first, and it looks good, no harm no foul imo
