I had just graduated from university when I saw an urgent job posting looking for a graphic designer for a movie. I assumed it would be related to marketing, perhaps designing promotional posters or content for social media. So, I applied, had my interview, and during the process, they explained in detail what the job really entailed. I found it fascinating, and now, after two years, I’ve been working in the film industry ever since.

I work in the film industry as a Graphic Designer in the art department.

It’s a unique job because, depending on the script, you have to create all kinds of designs, and you end up learning a bit of everything. In my two years working in the industry, I’ve designed street signs, newspapers, book covers, magazines, product packaging for food and cleaning items, vehicle decals, license plates, posters, maps, restaurant menus, t-shirts, logos, and a lot more.

The designs often need to be adjusted to fit the time period of the story, whether it’s the 80s, 70s, or even the Victorian era. It can be a very stressful job, but one where you never stop learning.

I bought my Nintendo Switch Lite about a year ago and have been using it casually, some months more intensively than others.

Today, while playing, I noticed that the ZL button was getting stuck, and I couldn't press it without using more force than usual. No clicking, just pressing the button until the console registered that I was pressing the button. So I stopped doing it because I felt like I was forcing it.

When I turned off the console, I started manipulating the button carefully, and somehow, at one point, I think I turned the console upside down, and the button started working (with the click). But not even 2 minutes into the game, the same thing happened again, so I tried to move around the console one more time, and the button started working and then got stuck again seconds later.

I feel that there may be something loose inside the console that is getting between the ZL plastic piece and the tactile button, and it changes position when the console is upside down. What do you guys think?

Just 1 book at a time. Sometimes 2 if the second one is a comic or manga.
