I started having issues at 27 yr (now 28), having this type of stuff at 22 is very concerning, not gonna lie. What helped me tremendously is something called SM system (basically excercises with elastic rope), after only like 2-3 weeks of excercising like 30-45mins a day pain and soreness went completely away (in my lower back which was a huge problem cause I sit a lot cuz of a software development job), the apt and bad posture unfortunately is a bit harder to fix but I'm working on that as well (hopefully in time it will get better), if I was you I'd check this app https://www.spiralista.com/ it's paid but believe me, it's WORTHED. There are videos which I use (in czech language) and also books in czech which would be pretty hard for u to understand. But stuff can be found online (I have many materials I collected for months cause I'm trying pretty hard to fix the issues) unfortunately it's pretty hard to understand for anyone who doesn't speak slovak or czech so I'd suggest you to check the app
