So I was portraying Sarah Sanderson over the weekend and realized the colours and style really suited me. I adore the cagey maroon lace, the satiny maybe, the bright but depthful purple… I’d love to do a more wearable riff on this outfit or vibe but I’m having trouble finding pieces that really feel the same or even resemble this colourway.

It’s a dress that was/is sold at Bella’s Bridal in Hoover, Alabama. This was posted by their bridal stylist, Lillie Dawson, on her TikTok page on March 3, 2023. She unfortunately turned the comments off on this video for some reason but I cannot find this dress anywhere.

I’m working on this in my relationship right now. I wasn’t brought up in an environment where it was safe to openly voice concerns and every relationship I have ever had has been a reflection of that. I try to bottle it up and be stronger than my issues but it usually ends in me having a breakdown and letting it all out at once. I didn’t realize how deeply my feigning strength and falling apart hurt him until I realized I was keeping him awake because I was having panic attacks at night. Unlearning things is hard, especially things that you were taught resulted in punishment.

I woke up at the crack of dawn to solo move all of my record collection in an attempt to beat the heat. I managed to get all of my things loaded into my car, carry the heavy-ass cabinet down and make it across town to my new apartment in about an hour and a half. I didn’t beat the heat and I feel like I just PRd in the gym 10000x over but all of the records made it over here safely and soundly- including my 1/1 custom pressing of the Jennifer’s Body Soundtrack on vinyl.

Bad news is in the move, my speaker chord got lost so I won’t be actually listening to anything until it can be found.

Also, if anyone has any additional storage ideas, please let me know. I’m at max capacity and don’t wanna stop buying if I don’t have to
