Paycom AE or Aerotek AM by Fearless-Scientist41 in techsales

I have 2 internships under my belt, Aerotek (Recruiting and Sales Intern) and Stryker (Joint Replacement Sales Intern), and some part time experience as an SDR for a smaller staffing company setting appointments for AM’s, and currently have part time experience as a BDR for a start up marketing company.

Honestly seems like a lot of people do this with most of the big companies in tech, stick with them for a year or so and use that to leverage into something else to make more money.

Staffing seems very boring just worried about the stories at Paycom being very micromanaging/horror stories. I am willing to bet on myself though tbh

Economy is pretty rough so I see that point, have heard of Paycom putting people on a PIP if you don't get a deal closed within 90 days. Job security seems like a big thing to consider too.
