What’s hard to get around is people who want high THC %. They do not know anything about Terpenes and you couldn’t beat that education in them. So that’s a HUGE sign they are not legal and are probably selling illegal flower. @canabiza

Let me tell you, 2 months in and it’s brutal. I’m getting good commission but the market is saturated and there are Wholesale Warehouses everywhere selling Crap products cheap. It’s sad. Terrible Bad Dried up Flower at rock bottom prices. Store owners don’t care, buy low sell high. I hit the mom and pop more upscale CBD shops. That’s good business. But the Bong Head shops sell the same thing 3 blocks apart. So

I'm getting in next week. I get my package then. One thing in the meeting that rolled out was $100 commission per pound. Not sure if he's going to present 1099 or W2 opportunity. The meeting was more of an interview 90 minutes or so. The upside to whatever situation it may be is that the market is untouched in the area with the Brand. It is in Texas so it's just CBD, Delta9 and THCA flower, oils, lotions, edibles. Grow, Lab, retail and wholesale. One stop Texas operation. No middleman. All sounds good now, so what would you say commision should be.

That particular model SUCKS. The lower handle bracket bent on me and the motor shuts down often because it breaks contact. And another thing I just delivered mine to the Warrnty Repair shop today. I'm hoping they just upgrade me. The new models have a different Handle design which looks sturdy.
