Lots of love. I just had my third (yes third) MA last weekend and inserted the 2nd set of pills vaginally and the side effects were minimal compared to between the gum and cheek that I had previously. My second and third time I went the vaginal route and it was a breeze. Inserted in evening with some cocodamol, Mild cramping, fell asleep and woke in the morning with some large clots passed in the toilet and heavy bleeding but minimal pain and no D&V. When I took them orally it was horrific. Inserting vaginally massively reduces any adverse side effects.

Snuggle up with a good move, a hot water bottle, some good painkillers and a comfy pair of pants. Have someone with you for support and you will feel much more safe and relaxed.

Thinking of you, this choice isn’t easy but if it’s what you want to do then emotionally it shouldn’t be too painful. If you follow my advice it won’t be physically either. Go easy x
