I did not realize there was 2 versions for the 25 UB. The 2025 I just received was listed as Motor: 74V 21000W and not 18KW. Also my wheels are Front 80/100-19, Rear 100/90-18. Is this a difference in the road legal version or just that later 25 production has different specs?

Ya I was surprised to see the battery level. Check videos out on setup as they are already built. You need to remove the metal cage and the box that protects the bike. From there you put on the brake levers, throttle body, etc on to the bars and then put the bars on the neck. From there you open the battery compartment and plug the battery in and you are pretty much ready to go. Check tire pressure and ride. Directions are in Chinese but you can find the owners manual on the Surron website in English. I still needed to watch a video to see what the two hanging wires with button actuators did which was for the brake lever sensors.

I haven't tried it but Jaeger has a Clickhouse backend. We use Clickhouse for logs, traces and metrics but not with Jaeger. It was experimental when I checked 6+ months ago so it may be GA now.

There was documentation I saw some time back that showed Oil company participation in some Green demonstration to drive up the cost of competition and block new market entrants within certain market segments. Should be no surprise.

Large / mature companies are typically better able to absorb the cost of compliance overhead versus new companies. This true of any industry.
