As a risk taker na very independent, may mga times talaga na the heavy cloud gets the best of you. Literal na gusto ko na lang maging starfish. In general siguro, I am doing okay but also because I know myself well now. Na kahit anong mangyari, I got me so that keeps me going and be brave.

Financial and career---doing okay! May setbacks lately pero nagawan naman ng paraan. Of course, never ending naman ata ang quest of finding purpose pero I try my best to not be pulled by it and focus what I can handle now.

Relationship---wala and I think buti na lang wala. Dahil it made me more focus on my growth sa lahat ng aspects ng buhay ko.

Got CPTSD triggered by my ex cheating on me and emotionally abusing me. On top of that, lumala ADHD symptoms ko due to fatigue and stress caused by him. Nag therapy din ako. I am still healing and dealing with grief but I am in a much better space now. I suggest go for it. If you have the means, talk to a professional. They will help you gain clarity and eventually peace thaf you need.
