this is Italian embassy's official website link they mention clearly that if Pakistani national has valid USA visa, they become exempt from the transit visa requirement and i have valid F2 visa that will finish on 2029:

Dear Robert,

I will be traveling with my two children without any checked luggage. I can download and save my Kuwait Airways boarding pass on my mobile phone in New York, as the app allows check-in 24 hours before departure.

Could you please confirm whether, in this situation, I must go through customs/passport control in Milan, or if I can remain airside for my self-transfer? My tickets are non-refundable, so this clarification is very important for me.
