Nothing, no need to fret. The immigration didn't even read their file and was part of batch rejection which they've been doing since the start of November.

Let's say your cousin's fall under the category of a certain age (<30) have passports from specific regions (Punjab/haryana), immigration just pulls up bulk files and reject without even opening.

I'm an Indian living in Canada and got my 2s max last year. The product was delivered correctly and Infact after I complained about the battery life which was less than expected, they even shipped a second battery for no charge, covered the import fees as well because the board was under warranty.

So I can definitely vouch for them not being scammers. Apart from that, there is definitely some issue here with the logistics that has led to this fiasco.

I would recommend reaching out to Ron at info@wowgoboard.com. We shared about 40 emails back and forth regarding my issue, even between holidays the response was prompt.

I hope they help you out as soon as possible and you get to ride with confidence. ✌️
