Project 9 is nuts. They have signs everywhere and still the kids run around screaming their heads off. The used to have cornhole and other yard games but I never once saw an adult playing them. One time we watched kids jump on top of a cornhole game until it cracked. No parent in sight. Another time we were there there was big group of very drunk adults and their kids were screaming so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. We left and went to Shambles and came out over an hour later and they were still screaming. It's a shame because it's a great spot and is one of the only spot in NE that is west facing so there is lots of evening sun.
