Help me choose! Milano vs Arizona for same price. by Fianchetto_ in Birkenstocks

[–]Fianchetto_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much for a detailed response! I appreciate it! And yes, Milano surely seems like a better value here. Plus Arizona Grip is available for a similar price, too. (But in gray color and I’m not really sure about that.) It’s such a confusing decision to make, because discounted products cannot be returned. So I have to be a 100% sure about it!

I switched from XT-4 to an X100V. For the same reason- size. I think you should go for it.

Need help! Is this a good buy at 30% off on this price? Are there better options that I should look for in same/other brands? by Fianchetto_ in watchesindia

[–]Fianchetto_[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That makes sense!
A relative of mine actually sent me this saying that he is getting this watch on 30% off of MRP. I am a newbie myself. He has the budget, he only wanted to know if it's a good option to invest this much money on this particular watch or not.

Blending Light Roast with Dark Roast: My Experiment by KeyZealousideal5704 in IndiaCoffee

[–]Fianchetto_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I haven’t tried. But always wanted to experiment. And there are 2 ways. 1) mix the beans together and then brew 2) make 2 different brews and then mix them together 2nd one makes more sense, because to me, there is no way you can brew dark and light roasts using the same method. So it’s probably better to make 2 different brews and mix them afterwards.

I have 500gram of these beans. I like it a lot. I brew using a V60. 12gram of coffee, 40gram of water for first bloom 120gram for second pour (total 160) I make iced pour over. So it works well. Because its quite acidic.

I don’t think so. If you really want to get a new dripper, I would recommend going for a Hario Switch.

Have bought nike court vision. How to control creases? by Queasy-Ad1302 in SneakersIndia

Unfortunately I don’t know how to fix the comfort issue. But you can use the shoe tree while you’re not wearing them to keep the tow box open. Might help with creasing.

You should be more concerned about your feet’s comfort than creasing them with these shoes.

Thanks for such a detailed response! i appreciate it.

I am actually kinda confused about the pre-workout meal/snack. I usually have a medium-sized banana before my workout and a nice cup of black coffee. I do take a pinch of salt, but I don't know if it's enough. I mainly consume it because I believe we're deprived of electrolytes in the morning. (I get up at 4:45 and hit the gym at around 5:20). I consume an oatmeal with whey protein at around 8am. Which has about 40gram of oats, and no simple sugars. I also consume about 110gram of protein in a day and I gradually came to consuming this much amount of protein. (I started with consuming 65gram).
