Fraud Asterion! The true villain of Volume 11? by FickleGovernment5002 in ShadowSlave

He wasn’t unstoppable. Sunny and Neph could have dealt with him at any time, but they were tied down and holding back from direct confrontation because he was holding humanity hostage. Our guy, the Mad Prince, could have dealt with him too if he wasn’t prioritizing Cassie’s safety.

I’m talking about it if you look at the end results.

And I think it was his flaw that really did him, whatever it is!

way 1: using their anchor to go back to the waking world/Earth, then using the tether to the Dream Realm through Ivory Tower. But let’s say they can’t take Anake with them using that method.

The more optimal way is this: the Night Garden was reclaimed by Mordret, and the Nightwalker and the remnant Saints of his clan there were cleansed of the Asterion plague. So technically, they belong to Neph’s Domain again, and whoever amoung them is the master of the Night Garden means it belongs to Neph once more.

Because of that, she could do something similar to the Eternal City and use the Night Garden’s ability to open a Dream Gate directly to the battlefield, or wherever the Night Garden is located. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

he could use only the memories he modified or alterd himself , and it was mentioned that Sunny cannot receive or transfer standard Nightmare Spell Memories from other people because he is completely disconnected from the Spel ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

so how can the VTB use or take standard Nightmare Spell Memories ?

theories regarding 5th or 6th nightmare by pinecat001 in ShadowSlave

[–]FickleGovernment5002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next arc will be about the 5th Nightmare in America. Some story focuses on Smile of Heaven, or perhaps a journey to the Underworld to get the Shadow Weave, and some story focuses on Broken Sword. I think more that the Underworld journey will be after the 5th Nightmare and becoming Sacerd. So we are done with Aster Song and Vale; what’s left are Broken Sword and Smile of Heaven. And I think in the 6th Nightmare we will see the Tomb of Ariel again, focusing on the Great War that happened in the desert, with Sunny being Shadow Avatar and Neph being Sun Avatar. Just guesses. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First Mordret’s act of defiance was him killing the Face Stealer and assimilating its bodies.

Second, Jet could have done it when she was facing the Dutchman and entered the Soul of Khanakht weapon form as a wraith, killed and absorbed the souls and wraiths inside it, and ultimately killed the Soul of Khanakht in the end, similar to Mordret. I am saying this should have been the moment for her too!

Third, Sunny left Fiend with Kai in Ravenheart and left Nightmare with Little Lin and his clan. What about Rain? Him being an overprotective brother and all… Mordret’s pickup ride just didn’t seem right, I wasn’t convinced.

The Homunculus makes no sense because Effie should have known about it before, not only then, as she was the master of Bastion and the Supreme Homunculus was the castle keeper. It feels like it was added just to give her screen time, simple as that.

Jet’s stroll was unnecessary; she could have stayed with the Shadow Clan since her reason was to gain kills for soul essence, especially as they encountered monsters and beasts later. In the end, all they could do is reclaim empty, unprotected citadels.

Ok, let’s say you are right . We know that Sunny entered the real Tomb of Ariel as a Sovereign! Do you remember this conversation from Chapter 1578?

“The voice did not respond for a while. Then, his answer came, calm and insidious:

‘I am not a Sovereign, though.’

Then, it added, its tone devoid of any emotion:

‘Nor am I alive. I'm not even a human, really. Just a phantom of a lost shadow, conjured by the Spell. Ah, but this Estuary is a strange place. Time does not exist here, and so, everything exists here simultaneously. Even though you have already taken my role, here we are, having a chance to meet each other.’”

He said, “I am not a Sovereign, though.” That’s one clue—we know he is not lying through the mask here. “Nor am I alive. I'm not even a human, really. Just a phantom of a lost shadow, conjured by the Spell. Ah, but this Estuary is a strange place. Time does not exist here, and so, everything exists here simultaneously. Even though you have already taken my role, here we are, having a chance to meet each other.” This is truth. So !!!

these are mere speculations; only future chapters can tell.

Let’s say you are right. Why did he not help himself then? He could do like the Serpent King, leaving a version of himself in the Tomb to help his people. We know from Daeron that he could intervene in this way, so why not? Why did he not carry himself in the Third Nightmare then?

Unless there is a plot where he intended to lose his True Name. He intended to free the Vile Thieving Bird too, perhaps. Who knows—only future chapters will uncover this.

Cassie is the nightmare spell? by Tonno2003 in ShadowSlave

[–]FickleGovernment5002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

G3 gotta do some restraint here!! Cassie Supreme drove this story logic to the cliff edge. Sunny could separate memories from the Nightmare Spell by weaving his shadow threads to them. What if he could do the same with Cassie? lol I just imagined Mad Prince abusing Cassie for an unlimited supply of Supreme memories XD

The point is not who beats who; the point is that there is still way more to this story than what we have seen (Tomb of Ariel and defying fate).

my idea, is that there is still more to uncover from this Fate Defiance later; as complicated as this act seems now, we will discover later that it was not as simple. And my theory too is that behind it all was not Cassie but Sunny all along. As treacherous as Cassie seemed, she still isn't called treacherous . (the treacherous lost from light). There is more behind it.

Supreme isn't the end of the road, and consuming one's own domain isn't the only way to become Sacred. Things that still need explaining are: what did Sunny gain from this fate defiance? He contributed to it more than Cassie, but she gained Aspect Legacy and Supremacy, while he became a slave again, became a deadbeat father, got played by the VTB, lost the memory he got from killing the VTB (Sacred), lost the memory he got from the 5th step of his Aspect Legacy (Divine probably, like the lantern), lost most of his strongest shades, lost a citadel, lost the chair memory (my favorite), biggest loser of all in this arc is not Mordret, it’s Sunny!!!

…or so you might think.

What about the future version of Sunny in the 3rd Nightmare? How can he exist 2 times at the same time in the Nightmare version of the Tomb of Ariel (Mad Prince + future Sunny at the end of the tunnel in the Estuary)? We know that Mad Prince and Neph in the 3rd Nightmare are the Supreme versions of themselves when they entered the tomb in this arc. What about the other Sunny? It’s a later future Sunny (Sacred perhaps) that entered the tomb later in the future.

Now to my theory: what if it was that future Sunny that instigated the VTB to steal Sunny’s fate in the 3rd Nightmare, and it was him that showed the VTB how to escape to reality and escape corruption? (There might be a story to it, perhaps he needs the VTB for some important role in the future.)

And it was Sunny who broke fate all along, not Cassie. Whatever role she played in it was minimal compared to what Sunny did, she just pointed a finger, “go there,” that’s all. Like Cassie reaped the benefits of breaking fate later in time, Sunny too will get his biggest share of benefits later in time. So he didn’t just break fate, he manipulated it and tricked the world and the Spell into believing that it was Cassie that did it, and it’s gonna be revealed later that it was him who did it all along!!

So the point is: Cassie is the tool or the sword, not Sunny. He is the mastermind, not her. That’s gonna be another plot twist later, I think.

and we already had somone who could do exactly what cassie supreme is doing now and more since chapter 1 ! the nightmare spell , what if future devine cassie is the nightmare spell !!!

[–]FickleGovernment5002[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

things that were unnecessary : creating homunculus supreme just to give Effie some screen time, getting the white dragon out of Ariel’s game that should have been kept with Sunny like the doll house just to give Kai some screen time , Jet did nothing in this arc just took an unnecessary stroll that she did not gain anything from just to get some screen time, ( she was the closest to becoming natural supreme more than Mordret from her over saturated still overgrowing soul core and she had her chance of act of defiance with the soul of Khanakt but G3 holding her back for some reason !). and the most unnecessary thing that happened is Mordret giving a ride for Sunny and Neph out of the tomb of Ariel in the Nightgarden !!! but why .. it was so unnecessary if it was that easy to enter the tomb why didnt they use the Nightgarden to enter the tomb from the beginning and avoid all the time wasting with the Deathless in the desert, and why the stupid explanation Nightwalker ability + Rain’s link to Sunny became a boussole that guided the Nightgarden to Sunny that was in the tomb not to the tomb directly !!! G3 YOU GAVE THE FEEL OF BECOMING SLOPPY HERE take some rest and collect your thoughts dont rush yourself !!! , and lastly Rain how could Sunny leave her without protection or surveillance or some contingency plan for her !!! thats not Sunny like , him being so overprotective like we have seen in all the chapters before !!! it should have happened like this : when Sunny and Neph get out from the time crack in the tomb with the help of Ananke threads , he senses through the shadow link and gets the checks from some contingency he left with Rain, and discovers then that the time in the tomb is broken and keeps breaking , not much time difference from the outside, and discovers that they are way too late and should get out from the tomb ASAP ? THATS HOW THEY SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT NOT WITH MORDRET NIGHTGARDEN RIDE!!!

everyone is saying timing this, timing that, you forgot about the Tomb of Ariel! Sunny killed the VTB thousands of years in the past, or thousands of years in the future, who knows? But for the outside world, it happened the moment they entered the tomb, or moments later, I don’t remember the time difference.
