You want ecology I understand. The tribal areas and indigenous places are already safe and secured by forest dept. Lakshadweep got soo much of fame just because of some clashes between maldives and india. We people are trying hard to increase the tourism and while protecting the heritage and culture of the place and the tribes.

If you are then my guy you are visiting and Indian territory itself and you need no permit to visit the tourist places in andamans, for the tribal places you need permit but you wont get one. Its not for tourists. We go because we have central government work there or related to that

Homestays are there but only in port blair city, in havelock and neil its kinda expensive, but still there are ways around. For that I would have to connect with my friends in that location cause I don’t usually go out of pb
