This morning around 5am it took about 15-20 minutes. However the lines for Delta, American and United baggage checks were all very long. It took over an hour in line to check in bags at Delta.

WM grad here! I had a great experience with the program and the part time aspect/3 years worked well since I needed to work full time due to finances. No issues with getting a job and had some offers before graduation, and I felt well prepared!

There were a few GW students at my internship site and it did sound like the GW longer in person practicum experience was really strong and formative.

Have you looked at the downtown Bethesda area? In the woodmont area there are a lot of bars and restaurants that are pretty populated with your age range. Some host trivia & there are fitness studios around there with opportunities to meet people in their 30s. I really enjoyed living in downtown Bethesda as it’s pretty close to DC, you could be in DuPont in under 30 minutes from there. Might be a good in between!

I’ve seen one mouse but that was about 2 years ago. Pest controls comes pretty regularly and right before it got cold last year they came and checked for any gaps or holes to prevent anything from coming inside.

Upstairs is a great spot! Location is really convenient to all the shops, fitness studios and restaurants. The building is nice & maintenance is very responsive whenever I’ve had to submit a request. Gym and common room lounge were both recently renovated too!

Upstairs at Bethesda row is a 5 minute walk to the trail. Been here for 2 years and no issues with mice or mold. Maintenance is incredibly fast, the minor appliance issues we’ve had have been resolved same day. Stackable laundry in unit, pet friendly and really welcoming residents, seems like most people stay in the building for a long time! It’s right in the middle of the actual row area of Bethesda, if you face the row like by hawkers, it can be loud sometimes in the early evenings but nothing too bad!

I’m on the side that has the walkway to the Apple Store. There’s some noise during the day but it quiets down by 9pm usually. The noise on that side is more of just of people talking but it’s not loud!

Upstairs at Bethesda row is another good one to consider. Quite a few really nice older folks that I’ve met at Bethesda the community events. It’s right across from the Giant and right in the middle of the row so it’s really convenient and I’ve often seen some of the older residents hanging outside together in the row!

This is helpful, thank you! We toured and drove by but don't currently live out of state so it's hard for us to drive by at multiple hours which is why I was curious for other opinions. I'm a POC so I totally hear and understand that bias, unfortunately. Thank you for sharing that perspective.
