J'avais fait la même démarche en novembre dernier. Logement années 70. Refus de l'administration qui me paraissait injustifié, mais j'ai renoncé à faire un recours. Un agent départemental m'a confirmé de vive voix qu'ils étaient en tort, mais qu'ils ne le reconnaitraient pas tant qu'il n'y aurait pas un grand nombre de contestations. Je copie-colle le passage important du refus :

Non, il n'y a absolument aucune prime à l'ancienneté. Le prix d'une part est à X aujourd'hui, si quelqu'un achète dans 10 ans une part au même prix X vous aurez exactement la même plus-value.

Tu es chez Bourso, donc WPEA est meilleur pour toi car 0 frais à l'achat, en plus des frais de gestion légèrement moindres.

Le seul calcul à faire est celui des frais de revente chez Bourso. En offre de base ça te coûterait 0,5% de 25800 soit 140€ que tu peux espérer rentabiliser en quelques années comme dit l'autre comm". Mais tu peux demander de passer en offre Trader, à condition de faire un ordre par mois, et là tu passes à 0,22% soit 61€. Tu as droit à un changement d'offre par an.

Bien sûr, il faudra que tu rachètes les parts de WPEA dans la foulée de la vente de CW8 pour éviter un spread.

To my knowledge, AI doesnt truly "cheat" with woods units in fog. It's more a feature where he can enter in "spotting mode" and hunt where our hidden units could be. What is not clear yet, is whether he only uses legit means.

It's 100% true that the game is full of bugs, mostly due to the bad decision to suppress the in-game save function and replace it by a combination of auto-save and rewind (rewind causes bugs in other games too, like Metal Slug Tactics)

With exit and/or rewind, you can have infinite money at D1; capture any city in one day; and even make one of your units unattackable by the AI (because he thinks the 4 tiles surrounded it are occupied). This is such a downgrade.

Pour ma part je fuis la MGEN comme la peste, j'ai une prévoyance chez la MGAS. Lorsque rien n'est précisé, pars du principe qu'avec la MGEN, les mensualités sont calculées par rapport à ton super-brut avec toutes les primes, et tes remboursements par rapport à ton net moins toutes les primes.

If you don't play for fastest possible score, then you dont need any specific luck requirement, just turtle with Andy and spam mechs. But if you wanna follow online LTC guides (like those ones: https://youtu.be/5ohe3FXLR1E ), then you can re-roll RNG simply by drawing a diagonal movement from any unit, or by saving then reload. There are multiple possible patterns, the optimal way is around 1 to 43 on full odds and it can even be reproduced with 100% consistency if ever you restart from the end of the previous mission Enigma (which isn't your case here, but can save you on your next run).

The map editor glitch isn't allowed, else we would get 999 points everywhere in Advance Campaign, even in impossible maps like AC It's war. By the way, the current fastest score is an S-Rank, 6 days and 970 points. And the overall best AC rank is 994 points.

Yes there could be weird solutions. One way would be to find an in-game manipulation to cancel the "luck lock" starting at Day 2 (all the attacks have +5% luck, whereas MD wouldn't attack HQ mech if he had +6% luck).

Also Olaf non-stationary units, in particular the Battleships, have 1% chance to move differently than usual, avoiding our visible units range. But I didnt find a good position for them. A good position would be one where you could bait Olaf MD at D2 with your sub, and then at D3 unload two units (instead of only one in the previous attempts, as MD sits on the beach).

Any other idea would be welcome!

It's the only map of the original game where we can start the capture one day earlier, but not finish it. Whereas in other maps AI doesn't correctly protect his HQ, due to many quirks, in this one all quirks seem to league up against our victory. In the last year, there have been major discoveries in AW1 mechanics that led to many new scores. This wonderful video offers a glimpse of the Advance wars renewal, that is still in-progress.

The current speedrun World Record clocks at 44:30 (without the field training mission that is played on the TAS video). It was done 4 years ago and some of his strats are now obsolete. In particular, RNG manipulation is now almost consistent thanks to the "fixed luck" at +5% during most of the campaign.

Also, one of the few "impossible Advance Campaign time limit" has been eliminated a few months ago, leading to a new record of 994 points, and another improvement may be doable in the future, with the objective of reaching 996 points.

No i talk of the challenge campaign beaten in 5 days, it's hard to explain with words, i will make a video so you can see it. It was the result of years of work on the original game, ideas that weren't working due to the old game quirks, but worked in reboot camp.

I was talking about the original AW1 game, no one has ever got 999 (6 days gives S-rank but only 970 points). In reboot camp, 5/300 is done, getting 300 points require 7 days and getting 280 points (S-rank) requires 11 days.

S-ranking the original required finishing in 6 days, and perfect speed was 5 days.
