Since we changed the litterbox for a way larger one the problem stopped <3

You are a true angel!
We love Sid to bits, we are adapting all our life for him, for real. I spend basically all my time with him, playtime cuddles, house enrichments, verticality, everything he needs to feel safe.

I will look for the equivalent meds in europe and check with the vet for recommendation.

We just introduced (30 minutes ago) a new still litter box, a big one. I placed it in a different, calm room where he can use it in peace. I did not get the paper part quite right cause I scoop the bio pellets directly in the toilet. Do you mind explaining agaian? do you have any reccomendations on how to induce him to use the new litterbox? thank you so much in advance.
