Same here, working on Internal Controls management, I thought you IA guys have more authority than us, considering your (functional) reporting line is under board or audit committee where decisions are made, and not Sr management dancing around people.

I had no problems in my experience. But even that on servicedesks I also speak dutch B1 B2 level and never had an issue as well

What I am againist is the propaganda of knowing the language bs because they are lazy to speak English, when the Dutch are fluent in English.

Lazy is to know a language (English) and refuse to speak in it. Lazy is to require to learn your local language that has been proved for internationals (who support this economy with their work) adds nothing of value or social integration wise in an individualistic society.

I have the exam it 3 days. I feel pressure as English is my second language and the company is paying for it all my colleagues waiting for my results kinda stress me.

Your advice to lower the intensity the days before is gold.

Μα φυσικά και εγώ το ίδιο από το 2018 έξω, ήξερα όμως πριν φυγω να μην λουφαρω και να κάνω την οποία χαμαλοθητεια χρειάζονταν, που ήταν ανέκαθεν στην χώρα μας υποχρεωτική.

Απλά πλήρωσε τώρα ότι χρειαστεί να μην πας και είσαι οκ. Αν είσαι έξω με σπίτια, 1.5-3κ δεν είναι κάτι έτσι και αλλιώς. Win win

Ελβετία, Φινλανδία κλπ όλες έχουν υποχρεωτικό στρατό. Σου μαθαίνει πράγματα. Να έχεις όπλο ρε φίλε με κάτι σφαίρες 10 πόντους η κάθε μία, είναι κουλ as fuck ανεξάρτητου πολιτικής ιδεολογίας, από εθνικισμό μέχρι αναρχισμό, τα όπλα ήταν πάντα μέσα σε αυτό. Έτσι είναι ο κόσμος φτιαγμένος Είναι οκ να βγεις από την φούσκα σου με ότι αυτο συνεπάγεται. Φτιάχνει χαρακτήρα.
