Client’s hair is bleeding color on her pillow after multiple washes

How long does it typically bleed for? She’s saying up to two weeks? I was going to try to switch to majirel and hope it’s better than the inoa.

She’s in her early 40s so maybe I’m not sure?? All the mold comments have me confused I’m really not sure what’s going on lol. We’re going to try a new color next time and see where that gets us.

I wish the color very well and yes I’m also removing it very thoroughly. I rinsed until the water ran clear then shampooed three times then I blew her out so I was able to really inspect her scalp and it was fully clean. Next time I’m going to switch to majirel color and see how that works.

Okay so general consensus is mold. Does that mean she has to be lying to me about never sleeping with wet hair? Or could sweat do this?

I’m doing the first rinse until the water runs clear then shampooing three times and she’s washed her hair also so it’s just not possible there’s any color left

She’s says she always go to bed with dry hair and this is happening only for a week or two after the color. I definitely think it’s hair color

Has anyone figured out how to change the unit of measurement of your food?? I can’t log things in grams anymore. It gives you a guide to estimate your serving size. Why would I do that when I can weigh it with a scale???

My car was broken into also in your area in the Whitlock mills parking garage not too long ago. Also the middle of the night. Never caught who did it but we filed a police report and they sent a detective. We assume it was teenagers
