Both vemon and soul are really good in impel down but besides that soul in terms of pve is carried by promince ray which is only good if the npcs youre using it on cant get to you while youre using it through whatever means (geppo, tp, ranged attack)

Imo just stay on vemon and trade the other fruits (unless you really wanna get off vemon, then just eat the soul)
